1 - How much will it cost?
We use Australia Post as our preferred delivery service and we do not make a profit on delivery charges. Delivery charges are based on the weight, dimensions such as Length, width & Height of the parcel and destination (post code) of your parcel. 2 - Can I track my order?
Yes, if the total value of the delivery cost is $7.45 and above, Australia Post gives its customers FREE Tracking service as well. We will send your tracking number along with your shipping invoice and you may track your order via Australia Post from here
3 - Return and Lost Parcels
Australia Post may return parcels to us for the following reasons:
We do not take responsibility for parcels that are incorrectly or insufficiently addressed.
We will be in touch with you via email or phone and please be aware that resending these parcels will incur a charge towards the additional postage costs, based on standard Australia Post fees.
Where the address is confirmed as 100% correct we will resend the parcel at our expense. Please remember to include the company name if the goods are being delivered to a business address.
4 - Do You Deliver To Post Office Boxes?
Australia Post delivers around Australia to residential, business or PO Box addresses. Please click here for deliver times and restrictions
5 - Delivery Time
All the items will be dispatched within 2 business days after your payment gets credited to our bank account. Delivery time may vary between 3 to 7 working days and if the parcel not received after 14 working days from the date of payment due to our fault (pegs and hangers), we will give a full refund.

6 - Do You Deliver Outside Australia?
No - Sorry, we do not ship outside of Australia.
7 - What is FREE shipping?
If you’re total order value is $200 (AUD) and above, you will get FREE shipping and make sure you select FREE shipping option, when you select your Delivery / shipping option. Selecting any other delivery / shipping option rather FREE shipping will ruin your chances of getting the FREE shipping and you will have to pay for the selected delivery option as well!
